Does it come with fixing screws? Would it be easy to fix to a wall?

Hi Geoffrey No, the US Mailboxes do not come with a fixing kit. I wouldn't say how easy this would be as it would depend how you would do it but please note that you could not fix it directly on to the wall as there needs to be a gap around the bottom so that the door can open. We do offer a US stand for this mailbox which comes with a fixing kit perhaps you could utilize this. Sorry i cannot be of any more help. Regards Lisa

Does it have fixings to you can attach to a shed or fence? I can't have stand as my driveway is concreted.

The edge of the base has holes allowing it to be fixed to a post. If you can mount a couple of L shaped brackets to the wall or fence it it will work fine. Ideally a 25mm wooden spacer beneath the post box will allow the L brackets and box to be fitted together.

Does it have the usa postbox writing on the front? and it it smooth or ridged metal? the pictures shows both!!

Mine is a green one and is smooth metal all over and does have US Mail on the front.

No instructions

Smaller than I expected and no instructions as to how to put it together.. I'm sure a technically minded person would do just fine but some diagrammatic help would be good.

Good and Sturdy Pole for Rottner Mailbox

We bought this pole for the Rottner Steel US Mail Box Outdoor (Black) - with a bit of finesse and a metal drill bit you can make this fit (or ask a friend to help you). I would really recommend this pole for the above mail box, it is very sturdy, easy to install and holds the box very well. Once you have adjusted it for the box it holds it very well. The colour matches perfectly as well. (we bought both in black)

Lieferung war sehr schnell für so ein "großes" Paket. Aufbau der Mailbox sehr einfach. Einen Punkt abzug für: - bei dem Fähnchen sind, vermutlich durch das Laserschneiden des Aluminiums, scharfkantige Grate übriggeblieben. Diese kann man zwar mit einem Schleifstein abschleifen, jedoch sollten keine scharfkantigen Grate bei diesem Preis auf dem Produkt übrig bleiben. - die Halterung des Fähnches ist aus Kunststoff. Ob dieser UV-Beständig ist, wir die Zeit bringen. Vernietet wäre in diesem Fall eventuell besser. Zusammenfassend ist zu sagen, dass die Lackierung top ist, Lieferung war super, qualitätseinbußen sollten beseitigt werden um den Preis.
