There's better options out there than this one. Effects were not great for sleep.

Mainly bought it to add to my sleep routine. The test support complex is a nice touch, though probably not dosed high enough to notice a huge difference, still a good product. Helps me sleep.

Took after a pro hormone cycle and worked better than I expected honestly. It WILL knock you out the first week or so like it’s melatonin. Afterwards it didn’t really make me tired at all, even on an empty stomach as intended.
