Great customer service!Original review:I recently purchased the Kids Headphones with LED Cat Ears for my child, and while the design is undeniably charming, I'm left with mixed feelings. The cat-ear shape with RGB lights is a hit, making them a favorite during playtime. However, the build quality leaves much to be desired. After just a few weeks, the LED lights started flickering, and the headband showed signs of wear.The sound quality is decent for children's headphones, but the 85dBA volume limit, though safe, makes it challenging to hear in noisier environments. The foldable design is convenient for storage, but the hinges feel flimsy and prone to breaking with regular use.

These headsets were an absolute steel for the price they are. They perfectly fit my child's head with space for growth. She loved the comfort level and how she could adjust with her hair up or down. They work well with her IPad and are very sturdy despite being for children. They were easy to use and she got to use the stickers that came with them to make them her own. They are light weight and compact but very durable.

My 6 year old loves all things pink and purple so these were a huge hit! The flashing kitty ears were a cute bonus. She used these on a 20 hour road trip and at night time with her Tonies box in the hotel and they worked great. I also love that they have volume control because if she could she would CRANK it up all the way. The cord could be a little bit longer but that’s such a minor thing.

My daughter loves these headphones. The only thing is they slide off her head a little bit.... but other than that, they are super cute
