Not for pinhole
Rounded tips are too big for pinhole, per my doctor- it hurt and tore skin when he tried using on me to see if could work. He did like the Novaaglan

The part that needs to be inserted has a sharp unfinished edge.
Unfinished edge looks like it can snag the skin.
