I have been taking this supplement for two months now and i’ve lost 8 pounds! I haven’t followed a strict diet or anything, just eating healthier choices. The best thing is this supplement keeps your hunger at bay and it has really helped my gut health as I no longer get bloated or have indigestion

Two bottles in and for me only two things have happened. My appetite was curbed but I am constipated. I regularly drink 60-80 ounces of water a day. No weight loss for me. I was really hopeful and wanted this to work but it didn’t. Beautiful packaging and great ads but product did not deliver.

It’s a good digestive aid but NOT a weight loss product. Be sure there’s a bathroom nearby because it does cause loose stool. It does NOT help cravings and should not be advertised as such. There are so many misleading videos showing people 3 months later appearing almost anorexic which is misleading. No one expects that so why advertise.I’ll finish my one bottle and go back to my effective lower priced probiotic. Easy to use but what’s great about the value?

Male 55yo here, I've suffered from digestion problems and bloating for nearly 3 decades and nothing worked. Absolutely nothing worked. After running across an ad for Bioma, I thought here's "another" probiotic, big deal. Well, after checking it out, I could see this was a bit different so I decided what the heck and ordered a bottle. After about 10 days, I really started noticing a difference. My constant bloating and fatigue was gone, even after eating a big meal, and my pants seemed a little looser. The scale shows I'm down only about 4 lbs, but my waist seems smaller, maybe an inch or so. I'm sleeping better and seem to have better energy throughout the day. It's a pricier than other supplments, but this one actually works. I just ordered the 3 pack as I don't want to be without this going forward. It's truly been lifechanging for me. Hope this helps!

Not sure yet. My gut feels better but it has done nothing for cravings or weight loss. In fact I have gained a couple pounds. Will continue for awhile to see how it goes.

I received my order this morning. It was on time. I have been taking it for two days now. I can say that I don’t feel bloated after eating. I am not sure yet if it helps with weight loss but I did just start taking it. I will update this in a couple more weeks. I would buy again. I just take two capsules before breakfast with water.

I am on my third bottle of this probiotic. In the beginning, it curbed my appetite. I only lost five pounds in all this time. I will finish this bottle and not renew it. The product did not come close to all the hype the company advertised.

Haven't lost any weight. But keeps the gut feeling better
