Decently solid little cabinet
Any time you get one of these assembly-required pieces with drawers/doors, the assembly is going to be a bit involved. I tend to vacuum and wipe pieces quite a bit as I take them from the original packaging, due to all the little bits of styrofoam and dust. That was probably the slowest part of the whole process for me. Once I had all the pieces laid out and somewhat clean, assembly wasn't too bad. I don't remember getting stuck at any spot, so I think the directions were decent enough. There were just a lot of parts, so assembly took a while. The door hinges can be adjusted a bit, which is nice. The drawer felt sturdy enough for something in this price range. Once fully assembled, the cabinet felt pretty solid. I think this used engineered wood instead of MDF, which I think helped in that regard. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I think it's functional, feels sturdy, and looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of the pieces forming Xs on the side, but it's not too crazy. I would have preferred solid walls/panels.

Matches my other furniture
Was ordered because the first one I had ordered was too small for my three Betta tanks. Different brand and their measurements in the photo were wrong. This one is exactly as advertised. Takes a while to assemble. And I am not sure the top would actually support #300, but my Betta tanks don't weigh that much. It's very sturdy. It was a nightmare getting into the house because the package is very heavy. Our FedEx man obviously is a lot stronger then me, he just carried it on his shoulder to the front door. I have our movie collection in the bottom area.

Extremely Happy With Purchase
For one, this showed up the earliest out of all things ordered for us, though shipped direct from vendor, not via Amazon. Either way, it was good to see. Laying out of all the parts was easy (everything is identified and easy to locate). And the actual wooden pieces seemed surprisingly sturdy! Assembly is pretty easy solo and did take some time for me (but I also was listening to some loud a** music and practically performing an air instrument concert at the same time, all while being "elevated" so cut me some slack). If you're not used to regularly using a screwdriver, you might blister your hand with all the screwing (come on, keep it PG!)... but if you got a drill, well then, some of your work will be made easy. In some of the later steps, like right before you put the last side piece on and stand it up, you may fair better with a small to medium handled screw driver as the space for your hand and everything can get kind of tight. The instructions are in fact, visual only, but indeed, easy to follow. The one page of the instructions regarding getting the cabinet doors right with the brackets is ever so helpful. I had extra parts when done, but that is also indicated in the parts review page. Perhaps it's an allowance for manufacturer error? Not sure, but this cabinet is great and now serves as our little bistro spot. Better than most things I've put together over the years! DO IT!

Looks good, but I wouldn't trust the 300 lb rating
First, let me say that for the price, this is a good buy--just maybe not for what I intended it for.Pros)1) Price2) Looks good3) Easy to build4) Stain is applied evenly5) Ample storage while still being aesthetically pleasing6) Minimal scratches or gouges covered by furniture markers during final productionMy intention is to set up a 30 gallon fish-tank, and I couldn't find a "fish-tank" stand that met my taste. A full 30 gallon tank weighs around 285lbs, so I intentionally chose this stand for the 300lb rating.Maybe I was naive to assume the rating was applicable to the top shelf rather than all shelves combined. While assembling this cabinet, I was disappointed to see that there are no center supports. There isn't even a cross-member in the back to distribute the top shelfs load effectively. And the backing is just flimsy 1/8" composite board. So your "300 lbs" is supported on the edges, but the center is only supported by a 5/8" thick sheet of composite wood. That being said, I would not trust this thing to support 300lbs, long term. So I have set to fabricating center supports to distribute the weight through all the shelves to the bottom. It's going to be a pain in the butt, but it's better than putting a tank on it and coming home to find it shattered on the floor with 30 gallons of water, sand, and fish everywhere.

Sturdy & Spacious
This storage is great for living room or dinning room decor. It's heavy duty so you may need 2 people to help carry it inside, but only 1 to assemble. I'm a female and assembled this on my own with no power tools in 3-4 hours (stopped multiple times) the assembly instructions were very good and detailed and all screws were labeled good. The hardest part was attaching the doors just because the spacing for the screws is awkward but it's most DEFINITELY going to stand the test of time. 5 stars πππππ

Beautiful piece.
This is my second piece. I purchased the larger Buffet a month ago. This is beautiful. The quality is great. One and only problem is the directions were not clear at all on how to attach the drawer rails and the back boards. I had to take it apart 3 times to correct it. Other than that I love the piece. With prime I should not of had to pay for shipping.

Easy to put together
We use this to store our board games and display photos. Itβs heavy duty and doesnβt wobble. It was easy to put together by myself. The drawers are solid, not flimsy. The magnets hold the doors closed very well. I love this cabinet!
