Very firm, holds the angle
Why did you choose this product over others?: This upright pillow has been a game changer for me. I bought it mainly to help with nighttime acid reflux (GERD), and it has made a huge difference. The gentle incline keeps me comfortably elevated, which helps reduce heartburn and lets me sleep better through the night. On top of that, it’s great for reading or watching TV in bed. The back support is firm but comfortable, and it keeps me upright without feeling stiff or awkward. The material is soft, and the cover is removable and easy to clean, which is a bonus. Unlike stacking regular pillows—which always slip or flatten—the design of this pillow stays in place and maintains its shape. It provides just the right amount of support for both health and comfort. If you’re looking for a multi-purpose pillow that helps with GERD and also makes sitting up in bed more comfortable, this one is a fantastic option. I highly recommend it!

Great Orthopaedic wedge shaped pillow
Great Orthopaedic wedge shaped pillow. Great for backs, legs and relaxing. It can be used in bed or a chair, especially when WFH for long hours of work. Its strong and very well made . Definitely a great purchase.

Good quality pillow but a bit to high at the back for me, relieves the acid reflux but a bit hard so not a comfy as would like, good quality made though

Not bad
Or works ok for the sofa but unfortunately not what o brought out for in bed the angle no matter how high or low I sleep on it is not comfortable but got behind my back on the sofa so not a complete loss

Extremely Comfortable
Excellent wedge pillow. Very comfortable just the right height and does not move when on the bed. It can also be used to elevate feet good quality and well made.
