I bought this to train for a long hike/climb with a pack and so far it’s been great. I wear it on the stair climber and on the treadmill for brisk walking at high inclines. I think it’s pretty comfortable and does the job. I have not tried running with it yet, will update when I do.

This is a great vest, especially for the price! I looked at several items on and off Amazon before deciding on this one. Many reviews mentioned the size seeming small, but this vest fits great and I actually had to adjust it to the tightest fit. For reference, I am a 5’4” woman, 195 pounds and DDD. The quality so far is excellent. Highly recommend! 😃Use: outdoor walking, 3-5 miles at a time, and indoor treadmill hikes 30-45 minutes

Really great vest for running. My only concerns are that I should have bought a couple pounds lighter. I am 5’ 10” and weigh 185lbs. A 6 or 8lb vest would have been a better fit. The lower straps are a bit too short for me. It would fit better on men but definitely not made for women with a large chest. Nevertheless, I improvise and don’t intend to return.

For the money, this vest does what it should. I have the 14# which I got for a CrossFit/ruck type event where I needed to wear it for close to 8 miles as well as through climbing stairs multiple times. It was on my back for roughly 2 hours or so. It does fit with a small Condor bag that I used to carry my water bladder (in some of the pictures).This vest does bounce. A lot. I cannot get it any tighter; one of my friends (who also had this vest for the same event) and said she wore it backward and it helped some? I’ve also seen people flip it upside down. I am 5’6 and ~140 lbs and wear smalls in most things for reference. During colder runs with thicker shirts/jackets it felt better. I put my backpack straps over it and tightened more, basically using my backpack to hold it in place.Lastly, the Amazon image shows one chest strap, but mine had 2 (which I preferred). So, I would wear it again for casual running etc, but next time for an event I’ll spend the money on a nicer one.

Game changer! This vest is great for me. Weight is evenly distributed. It does not bounce around while I run, and I’ve even been able to wear it during my entire HIIT training. The right amount of challenge to add to your workout making you feel super strong! Excited to build my endurance and add a little speed on my short runs.Cost of item is comparable. Since purchasing, I’ve recommended and shared the link to this item to over 5 friends.

should padding is good lower belt strap could somehow be lower but all overall very nice.

i had to let it sit our for about 2-3 days because the chemical smell was horrible, but once it dissipated all was well. its a perfect size, adjustable, and perfect weight. you have to get used to it during workouts, but once you take it off you feel so much lighter and know its working.

Great comfortable fit. It’s adjustable for most sizes. Nice way to add a little weight to workouts with evenly distributed weight so as to not cause discomfort or imbalances

I have used to workout indoors and went for jog it was nice and snug. The adjusters in the vest work well.

I use it for training legs at home, great and allows free arm mobility for pushups and chinups

It fits me; however it might not for be suitable for broad back bodies.
