Do the job
These dressings are great quality and value for money (way cheaper than the chemist). They are easy to use, stick well and do the job they are supposed to do.

Good value and effective
You can get similar dressings (albeit a tad smaller at 10x7cm) from Superdrug, costing £3.20 for 5.As such, with a box of 50 costing £11, these are excellent value - and you get quick delivery!I find these dressings to be easy and effective to use - just as good as any others I have purchased. I am allergic to normal plasters so these are a godsend - and much easier to use rather than a dressing held down by Micropore tape. While advertised as 10x8cm, the actual pad area is about 5.5x4.5cm - which is adequate for most grazes and lesions - but a little smaller than some others. However, you do need to ensure the surrounding skin is dry before application.I usually treat the lesion with an antiseptic spray, dry the surrounding skin and then leave it for about 5 minutes before applying a dressing. I change the dressing once or twice a day.Once applied, these do stick well to the skin and can be tricky to remove even after a shower. I find pulling gently at a corner works best and is relatively painless (though ensure the lesion is fully covered by the absorbent pad rather than the sticky area!).I now keep a supply of these in our kitchen and car first aid kits - and it's generally better to have a dressing that is too large rather than too small!

Great.
Bought these as I was not given enough of these dressings on discharge from hospital following surgery. They are great and I will use them for other injuries in future. My skin is sensitive to plasters and reacts by flaring red when plaster removed - these are much gentler. Good value.

Excellent reliable dressing
First encountered as used after NHS surgery, these 365 Island Dressings are reliable and hygienic. They come wrapped in a sterile envelope, are easy to attach and remain stuck in place. The ‘sea’ around the island allows the dressing to be firmed down without damage to the wound. Easily removed when required without pain or leaving any sticky residue. The dressing has to be kept dry and is non-absorbent. So fluid will ouse out of or, worse, into the wound. The hospital put lint over the island dressing and tape over that to absorb fluid. These dressings work and that is why I acquired the pack. Two minor grumbles: about 25% of the envelopes are difficult to open; and I couuld do with 10 or 20, not 50.

Great
I needed plasters and these was being used by my local Nurses so I tried them and they stay on me. So I never leave home without some in case.

Perfetti
Cerotti perfetti come quelli forniti in ospedale, li sto usando dopo un intervento e sono impeccabili, aderiscono benissimo, non si staccano e quando li tolgo non ho problemi nello strappo. Consiglio l'acquisto
