Q: I wear a 38-40 what size would I get?

I think you would want the large. I typically wear a 36 to 38. I purchased the large and I have to put it in the tightest hooks and it is still a bit loose. So if you got the large it should be a perfect fit for you. These are very comfortable bras! I like that they lay against my chest so the prosthetics don't show.

After months of experience; I only hand wash warm; then hang it. No dryer. looks like they will last very well.
