Does the job at great price with some caveats.
Purchased the pump to empty 515 gallon a hot tub. It was surely faster than using the tubs drain hose but in no way did it pump 850 gallons per hour. Took about 1.5 hours to move 515 gallons of water from the tub. For the price you can’t go wrong, if speed is not an issue. The hose that came with it worked well but it does kink easily. It also came with a few extra fittings for other types of hoses but unfortunately neither of them worked with a standard garden hose fitting.

Great little Pump!
Works great! I have a tarp on my boat, & the pillows deflated, then it snowed, so I used to do it by hand to get the water off... Not anymore! Made quick work of it... only negative is it doesn't automatically shut off like it says, but if you listen you can tell when it's close. I'm happy with it for the price.

Pool cover with a lot of debris. Did a great job of getting water out. Great purchase.

Great cover pump, but add your own hose.
Works well, but the included hose kinks very easily. It comes with adapters for other hoses. Had to use a garden hose.

I don’t even have a pool!!
Nope, no pool but I do have a low area in my garden that floods. Put this pump on a large paver and it works like a dream working for hours.

Don’t waste your money
I bought one of these and it worked all fall and winter. When it stopped working I ordered another one, this one doesn’t work. I would not recommend since I’ve had a 50 50 fail rate
