Intercession Mens St Bennedict Large Rosary

Purchased and delivered quickly. The rosary is pretty and was gratefully accepted by the person for whom it was intended.

I bought this for my grandmom on her death bed, it was something for her to hold. Great material

I say my rosary quite frequently.....albeit not everyday as I should; but I strive to recite it daily. I've purchased many (cheap) rosary beads over the years. I always carry my Rosary in my pocket (never as a necklace). It should be said; not just worn. I absolutely LOVE this Rosary! 5 out of 5 stars. I purchased it in June 2018 and its still going strong! Other than a small piece of plastic that was lost (due to me yanking out of my pants pocket); the Rosary is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. I have since purchased 5 more of them. Definitely worth the investment!!

Oh, how I love this rosary! My ogre fingers get lost on smaller rosaries, swallowing up two or three beads and who knows where I am, and I can't tell when I'm done with a decade and enter into the contemplation and "Whoah!" all of a sudden I'm back to the crucifix off ramp wondering "what happened to the other four mysteries?! I went 44 beads over!" Sardonic grin. This one has "Even a moron like me can tell when it's the end of a decade!" sized Our Father beads. I beeswaxed them, then prayed with them to melt it in, then repeat it every now an again. Good and hearty and ogre-sized! It even put up with me breaking it in by stretching it out a wee bit so there was play in each decade to move the beads a wee bit.I have one in my Hobbit Hole (study), one in our bedroom for our family rosary, and one on each of my bikes for remote rosaries in the highlands.

I know that this states that it's for men, but I'm a woman and I got this for myself as I am in love with wooden Rosaries and religious objects. I purchased the walnut and it is beautiful and simple. The beads are a little large, punctuated with a much larger bead centerpiece with St Benedict coins, but well suited for prayer. I hang mine over my bed and I have a much smaller rosary that I use for prayers, but there's something about the richness of the wood, and the simplicity of it, that makes me think of humility and makes me feel just a little closer to God. It's hard to explain, but once you hold these in your hands, maybe you'll get it. These do carry a slight peppery smell, but it's not strong or offensive at all. It just feels authentic. I wish a little more time had been taken to carve the cross, it would've felt a bit nicer in hand, versus like mass-produced stock, but this is still a lovely piece.

I am a mom of three boys who is tired of going through the heartbreak of each of my chain rosaries being broken by one of them. They tear them up like they are pieces of paper! Hence, my reason for buying this rosary. I needed something that would not be broken easily, if at all, by a surly toddler. This rosary is substantial, masculine, and monkish. All of which I don't mind. It's heft makes me feel like a prayer warrior...and let's face it, us moms need all the help we can get! My only complaint was the smell at first. It smells like very strong pepper. I didn't like the smell, but I was desperate for a sturdy rosary so I kept it. I'm so glad I did because after about 3 weeks it mellowed out quite a bit and now has a faint woodsy/peppery smell. It's not a bother at all.

As a woman, believe I have purchased eight of these rosaries now. Only purchased one with the all metals on each decade. That one is large and I really love it. The black one is also large and I use it for my praying rosary . The others a little smaller and probably more appropriate for most women. I just happen to like larger rosaries and the different wood tones are nice, have at least one of each color.They're easier to pray with. Since they are corded I can wear them and don't have to worry about breaking them. Since they are large i may put them under my shirt, but I appreciate the Saint Benedict medals being with me at all times. And I have received some complements the wood is beautiful

I was purchasing this rosary for acting purposes, and the quality is fantastic. I selected the large walnut for a more classic look, and I was pleasantly surprised not only by the finish, but the lovely woody smell. The only drawback is that it is too small to be worn as a necklace and cannot be adjusted. I am unfamiliar with rosaries, but I know they sometimes can be worn around the waist, as a necklace, etc., so if this was purposed strictly for waist purposes, it's great (and how I wound up using it). Great purchase that reads authentically for a very reasonable price.

久々にロザリオを買おう、でもこのコロナ渦でリアル店舗での買い物は難しいし・・・となり、アマゾンさんに頼ることに。大蔵省の事情とレビューなどを頼りに色々検討した結果、こちらのメーカーさんのを選ぶことにしました。結果、そこそこ満足しています。・イエス様がズレてる！イエス様の造形は素晴らしいのですが、開かれた両手が斜め。orz幸い両手首はクロスピースから浮いていたので、力業で曲げました。なんとか並行になりましたが、製作者様が相当焦っていたのかも。このお値段なのでと言えば失礼になるかもしれませんが、現品を見て購入できないことを考えれば、仕方がないと思います。そのほかはイエス様のご像について文句はつけようがありません。お顔や腰の布などしっかりと造形されていましたが、述べたような斜め装着だけが気になったので、☆４つです。・大きいが、首にはかけられないぼくは頭がやや大きめなこともあるでしょうが、基本首にはかけられないと思っていただいたほうがいいかと思われます。祈祷用としての商品説明をもう少し推してもよいかと（上から目線）。ビーズは手になじみそうな質感で、ギラついていません。聖ベンディクトのメダルも荘厳な雰囲気を醸し出しています。・最後にこの価格でこのクオリティは素晴らしいと言うほかありません。ギフト用と思しきカードにはみ言葉も書いており、プレゼントとしても喜ばれると思います。主の平和。

装飾品ではないですが、祈りの道具として好適です。十字架のイエス像が価格の割にしっかりしています。十字架にかけられたキリストの苦しみを思いながら祈るのに適していると思います。

私は敬虔なクリスチャンではありませんが偶像崇拝を認めている神道及び浄土宗の信者です。本ロザリオは木製の十字架にイエスキリストがあしらわれています。手を添えるととても温かみを感じます。苦しい時や悲しい時また嬉しい時に手に取って神に感謝します。ゆっくりと心が落ち着いていくのが分かります。とても素敵なロザリオだと思います。
