Schiff Ribbons 2244-1 20-Yard Polyester Double Face Satin Ribbon, 1/4-Inch, Brown

I had just finished crocheting a baby blanket for a friend who is expecting a boy and wanted a little touch of blue satin to use as the ribbon instead of a crocheted ribbon as the pattern asked for. I had never used satin ribbon in my crochet before. It is just the right color, size and looks beautiful. It being double sided made it less worry. I would like to utilize more ribbon for projects and will be getting more colors.Have not tried washing the blanket with ribbon. So I don't know how it washes.

I ordered both the purple and white ribbons - thinking they were the same size (they have the same exact description) however the white ribbon was very wide, whereas the purple ribbon was very narrow. In the end it worked for the purpose, as I used them to decorate my wedding bouquet...but buyer beware you may not get the size you think you are getting.

Very narrow, but there's quite a bit of it. I used this to tie treat bags shut…tied about 60 bags with one roll.

As I have said before. This is the best place to buy ribbon, in all colors. I do many different Crafts and use these all the time. I like having one place to go to, and be able to find what mI need and at great prices.

A redder purple than the photo but that's common. Very nice ribbon.

I bought this red ribbon thinking it was quite a bit wider than it is. If I had know it was so think I would not have purchased it. I was hoping to wear this ribbon for a birthday party and this size will not work.

I thought I was ordering 1 1/4 in. ribbon. Turns out, it was 1/4 in. ribbon. I had to use it, as there was no time to start over. It was ok, but maybe the pictures should reflect what I'm actually ordering.

This ribbon was a great quality. The color is absolutely as promised and the satin is a high quality. For some reason, I ordered the 20 yard amount, but they sent me the 100 yard spool. Thank you for that.
