Q: What size tips does the soldering iron use? Where do I find replacements?

The tips are hollow, these are the measurements I could find, I hope t's not too confusing. Length: 1.75", barrel width exterior: .25", barrel diameter interior: .15", it is non-threaded. I hope this answers your question, if not ask for more info

Q: Can you switch this from Fahrenheit to Celcius?

According to the box it will read in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The instructions: Turn on master power switch. Press and hold both the soldering station temperature decrease button and the hot air temperature increase button for 2 seconds

Q: is the hot air tip small enough to remove and replace one smd at a time? the tip looks large.

Smallest hot air nozzle is 5mm O.D. The other two are 8mm and 10mm.
