Q: Is the app for these earbuds also on Windows so i can use the gaming mode?

No - it's only accessible via android, iOS and I think maybe Mac-OS

Q: Are these really loud , im needing loud ones

I'm using them with my MP3 player so can adjust the level with that. I'm really pleased with them.

Q: Are you able to turn the buttons off in the settings?

Hi, you'll have to install the app on you phone or tablet, and I believe you may have to update the firmware. This will allow you to customise the settings, you can set none for each of the presses, and you can do this on both. I hope this helps

Q: How do i pair with the soundcore app

You don't pair with the app you pair with the device - the headphones will then appear in the app. On phone goto Settings, Bluetooth to pair.
