This would make a great gift. The journal is covered in soft “leather.” It doesn’t feel like real leather to me, but I could be wrong. It’s a compact, smaller journal. The pages are lined wide ruled. I had expected them to be college ruled. Pages are normal thickness. Cover is hard. There is a ribbon to mark your place.
