Easy for diy fitting wish I had got one years ago water tastes brilliant like bottled spring water no pollution or heavy metals would highly recommend easy to maintain and replacement filters are reasonably priced

I was after an under-sink water filter for my new kitchen and, after some research, opted for the iSpring RCC7P-AK. I'm really happy with it. The water tastes great, the water flow is good and any noise from the motor is fairly minimal. My family also really like it. It fits nicely under the sink and, although the tank does require a fair amount of space, it is as compact and as neat as it could be. A plumber installed it for me so I can't comment on that side of things but it all went in without issues. I've also read that the customer service is excellent. Oh yes, the ice cubes I make using the filtered water are beautiful - crystal clear with amazing patterns inside!!! I've been told this is due to the purity of the water.

The unit was quite easy to install especially as we were able to use some of the old plumbing from my previous water filter. The water tastes great and good to know it's alkaline. Also good to know I can maintain it myself and change the filters at relatively low cost unlike my last filter. I'm very impressed with the quietness also. So overall very happy.

Been using this for a month now and absolutely love it! You can taste the difference in your water right away. We have purchased the model with the pump as we have low water pressure. Followed the instructions video step by step and it's fairly easy to install if you have a minimum on DIY skills. Amazing product, came also with extended 3 years of warranty which was a nice treat.

Absolutely amazing when you compair 2 glasses of filtered and standard tap water side by side the difference in water quality is alot filtered is crystal clear for the first few weeks its tasteless and does leave a slight dry sensation in your throat but after the first month of using it it's gone from ph7 to ph27 so I guess the remineralizate filter has started to work I wouldn't drink standard tap water now this water tastes much better I give it 10/10 it was also very easy to fit myself buy a cheap digital ph pen off here it will show you the state of your filters when the phone increases over time also to check against your standard tap water love it

This is a very good reverse osmosis system. I was using this now for over 2 years. Recently I had some problems with leaking housing unit but customer service was very helpful especially I would like to mention John who sent me all the parts free of charge and was very understanding of the problem. I received the parts send through FedEx within a week. I think the company is very professional and product is excellent. Water tastes very good.I would recommend this to everyone looking for improvement in water quality.

We are really impressed with the iSpring and the support supplied. This is our second reverse osmosis system and have found this new version to be even more impressive than the first one we had (and half the price). Our old system used to stall and go very slow after a taking large jug off it, that does not occur with the iSpring. We had a minor issue getting things working initially and after contacting the company got a speedy turn around and fix, which as a simply mistake setting things up that was easily corrected ). After 1 year a leak occurred. With the amazing support of Sean we were able to identify and fix the problem (leak value had tripped). For a second time the care and details provided made it a simple thing to resolve. An extremely well-thought-out product with a highly motivated and caring support team. I wish all the things we bought had the same level of care and attention to detail. Highly recommended and many thanks to Sean.

This product has no leakage. There is no noise. The quality is alright. It filters the water as it should. But installation is a little complicated and the design is too complex.

Estoy en México y compré este sistema de purificación, vino con una falla en una de las válvulas. Me comuniqué por correo al servicio de ispring y me mandaron repuesto de todas las válvulas e incluso me regalaron un filtro por la molestia. No hay soporte técnico en México, solo en USA y es por correo, porque no responden el teléfono. Solo responden un correo al día aunque les mandes varios. La falla que presentó mi sistema, la detecté yo y fue después de hacer muchas pruebas, incluso usé un multimetro. El soporte que me dieron fue básico, prácticamente les comenté del error y les dije cuál creía que era la falla y ellos no me preguntaron más y mandaron el reemplazo de las piezas. Si se necesita conocimiento técnico para poder reemplazar las válvulas y ellos solo me dijeron avísame cuando la instales, yo me las arregle para hacerlo. Iba a calificar mal el producto por la mala experiencia, pero llevo 2 semanas con el sistema trabajando y la verdad es que me encanta. El agua sabe muy bien, el motor es silencioso, si tienes baja o alta presión no importa porque la bomba viene con válvulas que regulan la presión. El agua del grifo sale a muy buena presión y pues ya fuera de la falla técnica que tuve, estoy muy contento con el producto. Se me hace de excelente calidad y por eso le doy 5 estrellas. También debo mencionar que iba a devolver el producto y el vendedor me aprobó la devolución, no lo devolví porque realmente quería probar este producto y el servicio de ispring me mandó los reemplazos, que tardaron como una semana en llegar. Así que al final cancelé la devolución y me quedé con el producto ya arreglado. Lo recomiendo pero te arriesgas a que si tiene una falla debes de contratar un técnico para que te ayude a verificar la falla e incluso para que instale los reemplazos.

Pour le Packaging, rien à redire, c'est trés pro et trés bien embalé. Coté installation, c'est une première pour moi mais il faut reconnaitre que c'est assez facile, les cartouches sont bien identifiées car préinstallées dans leurs receptables sauf la membrane qui est la plus sensible (évitez de toucher avec les doigts pour ne pas contaminer), il suffit de la laisser dans son emballage en coupant le sac plastique coté 2 joints toriques et de la pousser dans le filtre (respectez les flêches présentes sur les emballages). Pour la suite de l'installation, il suffit de suivre la procédure pour purger l'installation et vidanger le réservoir, à noter que la documentation est claire et en plusieurs langues dont le français. La pompe est trés discrète, elle me permet d'utiliser l'eau osmosée sur un frigo américain et un évier (il suffit d'installer un T sur la sortie (bleu). Petit conseil : s'assurer de bien "pousser" le tube dans les raccords .Notez que les tubes livrés sont tous marqués par un trait qui permet de voir si le tube est enfoncé à fond, bonne idée). 使用開始から1週間経過しました。 特に問題なく使用できております。 我が家の環境ではppm10 となっており数値的にも問題なく稼働できていると思われます。 設置にあたっては動画等であらかじめ学習しておけば説明書を見る必要すらありませんでした。 注意点は動画で出てくる蛇口と現行品の接続方法が若干変わっていた点ぐらいですね(ここで説明書を見ました) 予備部品も少し入っていたので何かあっても自分で修理できそうな感じです。 追記：3年使用しての感想 1年半にフィルターの交換をすることによって問題もなく使えております。

The RO system works very well. The water tastes great. Looking at the water quality reports in general and locally, I was surprised at the types and amounts of pollutants that make it to the spigot. that's why I looked into RO and purchased this unit. In this regard, there is no comparison to "regular" filters - RO is far superior. And this unit is excellent. I feel that I am getting safe, clean, good tasting water - couldn't ask for more. Note that over time (many months a year maybe?) the pressure may drop, resulting in decreased flow from the spigot. I think this may be common to these types of systems, am not sure. Having an instant hot and cold system that run off of the line from the filter may add to this problem. In any case, if this happens, the tank must be re-pressurized. Though this is not difficult, per se, it does take time and to do it yourself, you need to be handy. Installation: I installed it in my home. Part of the review is "easy to install." I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 simply because it's not a 10 minute job that anyone could do. If you are handy and have the time and tools, it's not a problem. Since I installed my unit in the basement, the floor of my home just below the sink cabinet, I had plenty of room. If you're installing it in the cabinet below the sink, you would have to be comfortable with the smaller space. That said, the instructions are very good, and the installation went without a problem. Service: After several months I had a problem (reduced flow from the spigot) and called the company. Amazingly, an actual human being picked up the phone. John was very helpful. He listened and made sure he understood the problem. He then offered a solution (in this case a new tank at no cost), and enouraged me to call back if that didn't work. Well, it did and kudos to John and the company. Service matters - great job.

(2021 cinque anni dopo) OTTIMA ASSISTENZA: dopo 6 anni di uso con due sistemi in due case diverse uno dei due rubinetti ha cominciato a gocciolare, E' difficile sostituirlo perché si collega al tubicino. Ho scritto a iSpring in USA e mi hanno mandando gratuitamente E SENZA SPESE DI SPEDIZIONE il rubinetto di ricambiol. OTTIMA ASSISTENZA! 2022 nel cambiare membrana ho rotto il giunto ad angolo di uscita dall'alloggiamento membrana. Dagli USA mi hanno mandato gratuitamente un nuovo contenitore membrana. Incredibile assistenza!! Ho preso questo sistema con pompa per la città dove la pressione acqua non è granché e la versione 7 stadi con lampada ultrav per la campagna dove ogni tanto utilizzo acqua di cisterna. Funzionano entrambi ottimamente, acqua depurata ottima da bere,Il sesto stadio rinfatti ristabilisce gli ioni nell'acqua istallazione abbastanza semplice, ma se non siete abituati ai lavoretti dovrete far conto che vi serve l'idraulico per istallare tubo carico e scarico e dovrete fare il buco per il rubinetto nel piano lavello. Funziona benissimo e costa meno di molti modelli a pari prestazioni.È previsto per il fai da te, può facilmente essere assemblato dall'utente collegando gli appositi tuibicini tra i vari filtri. Non è difficile. Per collegarsi a carico e scarico acqua bisogna fare solovdue buchetti nei rispettivi tubi lavello che oggi sono di plastica ed è questa la parte per cui forse potreste ricorrere all'idraulico. Entrambi i miei sistemi funzionano beniimo da sette anni. Sono sempre perfettamente contento del prodotto e dell'acqua sia al sapore sia all'analisi. Il sevizio ricambii su Amazon.it richiede un po' di attenzione perché non in ogni momento si trovano tutti i filtri che servono, ma prima o poi arrivano... Per questo vale la pena dicquistare un pacco valido per due o tre anni. Nelle stesse istruzioni si dice che non sempre questo è necessario e infatti per me non lo è stato. Via una stella.
