They fit well and did not trap water. At first they seemed like they’d be too tight but once he got them up they were a perfect fit. He’s 57” and 63lbs.

Usually buy Speedo brand but tried this out. The material easily becomes thin and frays at the seams, especially on the bottom where my son sits. He only wears these for swim meets so not very often and already looking old. Color and fit are good though as well as the price at time of purchase.

I have owned a few Tyr swim jammers myself but never purchased one for any of my kidsMy boy recently started swimming and I was looking for jammers for him. I found a generic one which isn't bad but when I saw this Tyr jammer I jumped on it. I have experience the quality of Tyr jammers because mine has last me a long time and they are comfortable for my swim workout.Received it and love it. The feel and fit of the jammer for my son is perfect. He likes how this jammer feels and it fit him well. give him room to grow into it but not too large that it drags. I like how it just feel top notch quality, I looked at the stitching and it is good quality stitching both front and backside.This is a great jammer for youth who are getting into swimming. From my experience, it's hard to go wrong with Tyr swim jammers

This is a well made suit. I have boys that have swam competitively for 13 years so we’ve gone through a lot of suits. This one built to last. The fabric is a unique design and seems thicker/stronger than others were have used. Time will tell although the market it as a 200+hour suit. The waist tie is thick and like a shoelace. This is much better than the small ropes the other suits have had-they get into a knot and you have to cut it off them. This style will make it easy to tie and untie over and over again. The fabric color and design is catchy too!

Product was made well . Reinforced seams , quick drying and comfortable .

My kids swim three days each week plus monthly swim meets. TYR jammers have held up well. There’s been no issues with the Durafast line. They are fully lined and all the stitching is solid.When it first arrived it looked small and my son complained it was hard to pull up his legs. On the second try they fit fine. He wore them in the pool and had no issues. They are the same size as the other Durafast jammer he’s been wearing for six months so I’m confident these will be just as good. He is 60 lbs and 49 inches tall.

I bought the 24 for my thin 10 year old that plays waterpolo. They do need to be on the tight side for waterpolo, but unfortunately, these were just too small. He would have been better with a 26+But don't let this stop you from buying them. They are great swim suits. Well made. Good colors. Comfortable.Just size up if in between sizes!
