Useless for coats
These might be ok for very light weight things, like a paper carrier bag, but they bend really quickly and easily even with just a coat, dressing gown or handbag on them. You can see from the photo the difference between the hooks that I used and what they looked like in the beginning. I only had these up for a month.

Bent and broke from light use
I was using these to hang one piece of clothing at a time (a dress or a blazer, nothing too heavy). They bent and broke within about 3 months. Not worth it.
