Heavy duty
It’s probably more heavy duty than I needed but it does go up and down stairs as promised but I am a little old lady and it’s heavy for me. It went together very easily with clear illustrations

Very easy to assemble. Perfect to lug around items!

Nice but not quite rigid enough.
Pros:This is bigger than I visualized. It has nice rollers and good ventilation slats. It has a descent look but I'm easy to please there; used as a laundry bin.Cons:After assembly there was visible bow showing that the structure had flexed after manufacture (or actually passed low quality expectations of an inspector) even before carrying anything. The snap together features do not grasp100% and felt like it could disengage and partially 'fold' with just moving it around empty.Tune up:I decided to put a border of aluminum channel around the top opening, Now its the bomb!

Does not help at all..makes it much harder
It makes heavy things more difficult to pull up the stairs than just walking them up. I stacked it high with couch cushions and was sweating and out of breath after one flight. I go up and down stairs 15-30 times a day without an issue...so it's not my legs that made it trip difficult.The handle is to short as well. I'm only 5'5 and had to bend down very far to reach. If I tilted it to much to step down closer to it the dolly everything would fall off of it.I missed the return window as well....which I'm not happy AT ALL ABOUT.

Easy to use ....great product!

Useful for lighter items
I used this for my most recent move and the side broke off the bottom platform. Otherwise, it was pretty nice and compact when not being used. I'd recommend it for lighter items.
