Game changer
These are a game changer for me. I have arthritis in my hand so no pressure but these mean I can go back to proper pruning. Easy to use and very good quality

Unbelievably good - so impressed
These are really good and function as normal manual pruners on small things until resistance is met and then the power kicks in and assists for as long as you squeeze and then it is as if you had a long handle pruner. I assounded at how long the battery lasts - it justs keeps going and two full days plus on a single charge! the only down side is that they ar fairly chunky and the only charge with 5 Watt micro USB charging lead so charging takes over night. Would have expected USB-C on a product like this and the corresponding faster charging speed

Great value and easy operation
Bought this to replace one that stopped working after several years. I trust Bosch as I have bought several garden appliances, mainly rechargeable, and have always been pleased with their performance. This one is no exception. I’m no ‘techie’ and do my research before buying to find tools which are easy to operate and - in my case - arthritis friendly. This ticks all the boxes: easy to charge, handle and operate and great value for money.

Comfortably Cutting
Replacement for a pair I mislaid.... my hands and a few other bits are arthritic so assisted pruning is the only way to go.The secateurs are a wee bit big for my hands when I'm wearing heavy thornproof gloves but still work really well. The cut is clean and easy. The power assistance is supposed to kick in when it senses resistance against cutting. This sounds like some of the time you'll be cutting with no assistance but if your grip is at all feeble you'll find the power is there for every cut no matter how fine the branch. It also does well on quite heavy branches, although you may have to ease off the pressure then re-apply it to finish the cut. Whether this is weak hands or the limits of the secateurs seems irrelevant because it works!

Disappointed with product
I had read good reports on this product but sadly never got much of an opportunity to try it out. I opened the box, read the instructions and fully charged the battery. After literally two minutes of use the secateurs locked up in the closed position. I re-read the instructions while recharging the battery. There was no sign of a red light indicating a weak battery. However, when put on charge the green light flashed for two minutes and then went to a solid green light indicating a fully charged battery. No matter what I did or tried, the secateurs would not open from their locked position. The result was their return back to Amazon.

Powerful, convenient and supportive
This is our second Bosch EasyPrune Cordless Secateurs as when there is more than one of us pruning, we are each wanting to use these secateurs as they are very useful, not only for those of us with reducing grip strength, but a one stop pruner for multiple thicknesses avoiding the need to change tools, which is particularly handy when your arm is deep in foliage. I had hoped, as a recent purchase, it would now be charged by USB-C, but it comes with a micro-USB charging lead, as with our current one, so no real problem there.
