VEVOR products are average plus quality and priced fairly. I liek them. this item is also well made and i like the fact ir works both manually and with drill.

The drain auger worked really well, and I was able to get out a clog in my shower drain/pipes that I hadn't been able to get out with other products. It was easy to use, once I figured out how to use it. My only issue with the product was the users manual, which didn't really explain how to use the auger and was not translated well into English, making it hard to understand. It refered to figure 1 and figure 2, when there was no figure 1 or 2.

Worked well for moderate clogging primarily in bathroom drains for hair. The shorter plastic flimsy one is not worth your money. If you have a drill, even better, it will make quick work down the drain if you connect the middle as a bit for the drill. I personally use 1gal of bleach OR 1 drano and augur out the blockage and everything will be clear for a long while. I could definetly see myself investing in a better power auger at somepoint if I get a bigger house someday or to just make things easier and more reliable. I wouldnt count on this to hold up more than 2 or 3 years.

Unclogged my sink twice in the same month, and I find it pretty easy to use. For the price, it gets the job done better than I expected. Build quality is alright, and I think it will unclog my sink again down the road.

Garbage. Do not buy. It fell apart in less than 5 minutes before even reaching a clog.

Great product! I used it to unclog drains when I moved into my current home. I also used acid and other chemicals, but I wouldn't have been able to unclog the kitchen drain without this tool.

The item came slightly damaged. See the attached photos. The box appeared to be smashed and the auger appeared slightly bent. With that said after unpacking and using the item it performed like it should have. I can not say where the box was damaged. It was slow in passing the drain trap in a small sink but once it cleared that area it did it's job.

The items arrived as advertised but heavier then I thought it would be and on the video for this item the front peace that unlocks the metal spring is different from the one in the video mine is a turn screw on the video it's a camp that flips up to unlock it.

Ersten Einsatz hat es ohne Zwischenfälle überlebt und perfekt gemeistert. Volle Tiefe in einen Spülabfluss von 7m eingefahren und langsam wieder raus. Man sollte die Spirale bei Ein- und Ausfuhr halt immer drehen. Zur Haltbarkeit, Robustheit kann ich noch nichts sagen, nach einem Einsatz wäre das zu früh. Hatte mir erst eine einfache Spirale geholt. Mit dieser ist es aber nicht möglich auch nur um die Kurven zu kommen. Diese schlägt halt nur wild um sich. War dann erstmal ratlos. Wusste nicht das es solch ein Zubehör im Handel zu kaufen gibt, die die Spirale immer auf das erforderliche Arbeitsmaß kürzt. Ein Einsatz von Spezialisten hätte mindestens 350€ gekostet. Ich denke, man kann sie in Zukunft noch öfter einsetzen. Aber ich glaube auch nur bei „weichen“ Verstopfungen. Es ist nun mal nur ein Hilfsmittel und keine Fräse.

Does not work. Opened box and tested it in dining room instead of any drains. The drain auger left a lot of black oil on floor. And spinning the wheel will not do anything. I am returning it. The instructions is poorly written. It says refer to figure 1 and figure 2 but there are no figures on the paper.
