Nice to get everything you need in one set and seems sound quality. The brush does indeed clear dust from the grooves - you will be amazed at how much dust there is on old records! But be careful to hold the brush by the metal part or it will fold over and the sharp corners could scratch your record. How to get the dust off the record once it's gathered into a neat line is another story! This brush does not remove static from records, it is just not meant to cause static (I believe). The brush, however, does shed its fibres onto records, which when a record has static, are almost impossible to remove. They are very fine and don't appear to affect the playing of the disc, but it's irritting when you want to clean a disc and do not want to leave debris behind! The record cleaning fluid is excellent at cleaning dirty records and I have had some superb results: records transformed from a crackly, muffled mess to crystal clear sound! Simply spraying (being careful to avoid the record label) and carefully wiping with the cloth provided seems sufficient to revive even the dirtiest records; remarkable really without using a brush to penetrate the grooves. The fluid does however contain alcohol, so if you're in the no alcohol on vinyl camp, you will want to avoid. If you're a purist, you may want to wipe the record surface with distilled water after cleaning to remove any residue of the cleaning fluid. The stand is handy too. Am undecided whether to try the stylus cleaner. It is advised against using solvents on a stylus, as it may damage it, so I am wary of using it. Have bought a carbon fibre stylus brush instead. Would rate higher if the brush did not shed fibres, if there was a stylus brush instead of stylus fluid and there was no alcohol in the cleaning fluid.

This is a very good vinyl cleaning system.I started with a couple of irreplaceable classical albums, I bought in the 1970s, that had originally been treated with the then hifi Pixall protection system.This new spray and clean system got rid of nearly all the odd clicks and static type noise that had started to appear. I suspect the old Pixall system/layer had broken down over the last 40+ years.Both of these records had not been played since about 1980, as I had made high quality cassette recordings to keep these rare records safe.Having just refurbished a very high quality turntable, and installed a very good cartridge, it was time to dig out my 200+ records to play.When you consider that most dust is dead skin and micro materials that can accumulate in the grooves, cleaning with the spray is a sensible first stage before polishing off with the micro cloths. Then you leave the LP to dry off on the stand provided.After a final clean on the turntable, with the really good anti static brush, the record is back to near perfect playing condition. Most clicks and pops have now gone.Highly recommended.

Good value for a cleaning kit, but I feel as though the price can be a bit cheaper. It does clean vinyls very well though and it was shipped very quickly.In general cleaning liquid I feel is overpriced in the whole LP market as you can make your own solution at home. But for everything included and what you get this is a good buy. Also the liquid does not damage the vinyl compared to some homemade liquids so that's a plus.I would buy from this seller again if I needed this item in the future so it is recommended.

Have used on a couple of albums, certainly cleans up your platters.

I have recently bought a record player to play and listened to my mainly nineteen seventies vinyl record(album) collection, having been without the means and not playing them for a few decades so cleaning them up was essential. The Professional Vinyl Record Cleaning Kit, cleaned my records to a very high and yes professional standard and following playing three Albums I am delighted.
