This chair is super! Leather is soft and looks like a very expensive executive chair. Took a little effort to assemble but nothing out of the ordinary. All pieces were clearly marked and fit together just like instructions directed. Would definitely recommend.

Bought for husband, he really likes the comfort for elderly bones. it did present some head scratching in getting the arms attached. They are definitely left and right. All other parts fit together just fine. The price is several hundreds of dollars less than the office store.

We love this chair, this is our 4th one? I am pretty sure. We have had the black, white and now that tan colors, all are true to color and the rollers on the bottom are wonderful, truly a high quality chair I can spend all day on and not have back issues or fatigue. Easy to assemble, great for tall people - I am 6’4” ~250 lbs and have had the same chair for ~3 years with fairly minimal wear. I have been tempted by other brands and companies but continue to come back to this one.

This chair is SUPER comfortable. Rolls easily with good back support. Functional, yet beautiful.

This chair is uncomfortable, too big, not sturdy, no adjustments and no tilt present, incorrect description about tilt. Hand rests uncomfortable.

Well the tensioner is useless they should not even say it has it. When you loosen it it just feel like it could break, just resistance. The chair is comfortable. They said it was originally 400$, so glad I didn't pay that much. It's a $100 chair. The arms are chrome. However the chrome along the seat is plastic. And there is no way this is real leather. I wanted it for all the features and not being able to use the tensioner is a big loss. The chair is soft.

A nice addition for any office.
