Love these!
Ok, so they are not the highest quality and probably won't work for that long. But they are so unique, interesting, and fun! Load like a real gun, with rubber ammo, a magazine, working magazine release, and everything! So cool! I have seriously never seen something like this, and didn't know anybody made them. Highly recommend for serious gun-lovers who want their kids to have something more realistic. It doesn't shoot with much force, but that's ok. But use these to teach gun safety: Never aim at anything you don't wish to actually shoot, even while pretending; always treat every gun as though it is loaded; and always keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot. Be safe!EDIT added almost a year later: We have enjoyed these guns for almost a year, and they never failed to delight. Finally today an internal plastic part broke and fell out of the gun. So naturally we unscrewed the screws and took a look inside. There is amazing detail and quality in this little toy, for being just a cheap toy! Very pleased with these guns, and immediately went to find another one to replace this broken one. Awesome toy. But remember to BE SAFE! Teach your young ones right from the beginning never to point any gun at anyone, loaded or unloaded, real or pretend, doesn't matter. If people would just learn gun safety early, there wouldn't be so much fear of guns out there!

Not worth the money.
Don't waist your money. Got these for my son for Easter & they lasted all of 5 minutes before they broke. Returned the 1st time & got replacement. Same thing happened. Bullets don't load into chamber. Can't return cause my son threw out packaging 😒

Some good, some bad
Bad news first: Aim high, because the bullets only travel about five feet. Pull the slide ALL the way back, or the bullets won't load. Internal parts generously lubricated with an odorless, clear substance (vegetable oil), so take care not to get it all over the bullets or your hands when loading the magazine. Don't drop (or pistol-whip anybody): these guns are not fragile, but not particularly sturdy, either. Bullets are small enough to choke on, so don't shoot your friend in the mouth or let a very small child play with them.Good news: Very inexpensive. Accurate size and proportions of real 1911-type .45 caliber pistol. Loading magazines and operating the slide very similar to the real thing, so these could be used for educational and/or training purposes. Bullets are rubber-tipped and move so slowly it's unlikely they'll ever hurt anyone. Bright colors make it unlikely they'll ever be mistaken for a real gun while your kids are playing with them.

One broken and one not far behind
I bought this product not for the shooting of it but to play around with it but thats a good thing since I bought them and neither of them shoot properly at all. One never loads the last dart in the magazine and the other dose not fire at all. I would ask for a refund but they were cheap and the hassle not really worth it.The toy bullets are not super soft but the blaster shoots so weak that it really can't hurt anyone unless you were trying to catch the ammo mid air and swallow them from 2 feet from the blaster. The blasters themselves feel good and the magazines are nice and the ammo loads in them really well but thats about it for these.

I bought these to serve the role of a "blue gun."
They're not all that sturdy but serve the roll of a "blue gun" for training purposes well, and the removable mag is a bonus for that. They also fit well in a real holster, again for training purposes.

it wasn’t much more powerful than a nerf gun which was good for the type of play they use it for
Got these for my boys because, well, they wanted them. As a toy they are stucturally sound and put together very well. I got hit in the leg during an intense nerf gun battle and I must say, while it had a little sting behind it, it wasn’t much more powerful than a nerf gun which was good for the type of play they use it for. The best thing about these is that they are to scale! I am able to teach my boys about the parts on a real gun which using a toy and explain how real guns work which makes going to the range with them much easier because parts location is a non issue and they are way more educated about gun safety! Shipping was super fast (like 5 days or less) and they can in packaging which kept the toys from shifting and breaking. Highly recommend this toy as a toy or educational tool!
