Great fan!
I put this in our renovate bathroom and looks so good. It is bright. It has a remote control. I was worried about the size but it does the job.

This fan became defective after only a year. The fan motor sounded like it was going to burn up. Bad product.

LOVE it, but didn't expect to
When I first opened the box, I really didn't think I'd like this ceiling fan. Clearly the parts are a hodgepodge of parts from various Chinese manufacturers -- the motor in one box, the blades in another, the controller has it's own instructions, etc. The installation instructions are legit pretty unhelpful if you've never installed a ceiling fan before. Also, the blades are definitely cheap plastic (ABS, just like it says on the listing) like huge versions of a regular box fan. BUT -- you absolutely cannot tell from a normal distance! I never expected the whole to be greater than than the sum, blah blah, but WOW! This thing moves a ton of air, is super quiet, and looks great. Seriously, the thing looks great even with the super cheap-y blades. The best part though -- the DC controller! Reverse the fan remotely, plus that "natural wind" feature?! THE BEST! Most comfortable night's sleep I've had in a long time. You can't do much better for $100. I'll definitely be putting more of these around the house.

Modern 3 blade ceiling fan
This fan moves a lot of air. More than the five blade fans. We bought this for my mom who was moving in with us. The remote is easy for her to use. The material of the fan is lightweight and easy to clean.
