Surprisingly strong and an excellent way to get things level
I bought these to support and level a large wooden subframe onto which I built a 4.3m x 4.3m log cabin.Our garden slopes a little, particularly where we wanted to site the cabin and so the easiest solution for me, as a DIYer, was to dig 16 holes, fill with hardcore and then top with slabs and concrete blocks to get close to level. I then used these pedestals to provide individual adjustment on each pad and get the frame perfectly level.There's screw holes in the base and on the "L" shaped pad to help fix into place - the pedestals can still be adjusted by rotating the centre section. On some blocks, I used two pedestals to further distribute the load which is over 1000kg and everything is good, 3 months later.

Sturdy and as expected.
Have yet to put these to good use, due to the fact that they came without any nails, so be aware of this if you purchase.They do seem really sturdy and they are what I was expecting!

Great idea worth the money.
Bought a pack of 10 used them to level out a woodern shed base also keeps the wood off the concrete to stop it rotting.Well made & easy to use.

its not the best but for the price you cant moan and for a fixed pedestal its a good item
