Really enjoying adding load to pull ups with this. It's sturdy, kettlebells or plates hang just fine on the chain and good value for money. Only area for concern is if you're a bit skinny. I hover at 32" waist and it does slip a little as a result, but hasn't fallen off yet.

Dip belt itself is firm and well made but the dip chain that was supposed to be included in the package is missing. It is also slightly damage. Whoever did the packaging did not do a good job...

I use it both for pull ups and dips and I’ve never faced any problem with it! It’s high quality and very comfortable no matter how much weight you put( I tried till 50kg tho)
