Regarding the incomplete delivery.
I ordered xsquare water proof camera bag with water proof jacket as you mentioned in the display.. But i received the package today and found missing of the outer water proof jacket.. I felt that i was disappointed by your false promise. So i would like you to check my order and the package which you delivered me.

Internal padding not rigid
The exterior of the bag and the rain cover looks and feels good and durable. But the internal partion padding is clumsy(soft and not rigid) and will not hold the camera in place.

Bag is pretty basic and durable. the flexible Velcro compartments help segregate all the accessories. Quality is good up to expectations.
