This stuff works. It for sure works. If I forget to drink one before drinking and remember it before I go to bed then I’ll drink two, which seems to work the same as drinking one before you started drinking earlier. Either way I’ve noticed significantly less hangover symptoms after drinking this zbionics stuff, specifically less severe symptoms like anxiety and Sunday scaries and headaches (for me at least). Of course the only way to not be hungover at all is to not drink, but to be honest, if you’re looking at a product like this, that sentence probably means nothing to you cause it means nothing to me. Of course I’ll have a few drinks here and there but I just don’t want to feel terrible about it if possible. Yeah it’s kinda expensive, but your time and money is valuable. And you probably spent more money on alcohol last night which is making you feel like trash anyways. Don’t waste days feeling like a bag of turds when things like this exist.

I've been using this for three years now and it's really the only thing I've taken that can actually completely eliminate the hangover for me. For those concerned, there's absolutely no smell, the taste is near non-existent but is still pleasing (kinda like... ginger/citrus/kombucha maybe?), and it's effective as long as you take it an hour before you start drinking. I will say that it's still VERY important to hydrate and drink plenty of water because if you don't, you'll still feel a mild hangover—lethargy, brain fog, fatigue. But at least you won't feel sick, nauseous, or have a headache! Great addition to goody bags for bachelor/bachelorette parties also.

I didn't necessarily buy these to cure a hangover but because my heart rate skyrockets when I drink alcohol. For example, last week I had a single glass of wine with dinner at 6:30pm and my HR was still 100 at 1am while I was sleeping. It takes 12-14 hours for my HR to return to baseline...yes, from a single glass. I've tried two bottles of these so far and they really seem to lessen the effect. I have most certainly slept better. My HR still goes up but it comes down to baseline quicker and my sleep is improved. Both times I took it 30 mins prior to drinking. Next time I will try it 2 hours in advance. They taste fine. It's just water with a slight tanginess. They are pretty expensive so I will only purchase them when a special event is coming up. It is unfortunately too cost prohibitive to use them every time I want to drink because I rarely drink much anyway.

I'm 46 and at the beginning stages of menopause which for a lot of women means drinking becomes kind of intolerable... hangovers get worse it also causes insomnia for many people etc etc. I've never been much of a drinker but I do enjoy it sometimes and I couldn't even handle one or two drinks anymore without it completely ruining my sleep. I stopped for a while before I found this product because I didn't know what else to do but to stop drinking completely. This has made a huge difference for me but I will say that with a caveat.... don't think you can binge drink on this. I had some fun times in Vegas and figured that out real quick- anything more than six drinks and I was in trouble. I would say probably not more than four or five drinks to play it safe. For reference I'm 5'5 and about 150 lb. One interesting thing I noticed is that even if I ate a big dinner (of mostly meat and vegetables) beforehand I might still had a hangover the next day vs. if I had some starch (bread/rice etc) in my dinner I did not have a hangover. I repeated this several times and it's the same thing. All that said I will definitely be eating starch with my dinners in the future when taking this product lol. Overall I do think this product works great and I'm just grateful that if I have two or three drinks I can take this beforehand and feel absolutely no ill effects the next day. I do also take a fair share of B complex vitamins before going out drinking and that helps a little bit as well. I always drank a ton of water anytime I went out drinking and still do. This product is a game changer for me. There is a subscribe option on the companies main website I believe that can save you a considerable amount of money if you use it regularly. I use it anytime I think I might have two or more drinks. It improves my quality of life immensely so I believe it's worth the cost.

Worked even better than expected! Look it’s no cure-all for every hangover symptom but it lead to a significant reduction in the number of hangover symptoms I felt. Especially by raising my sleep quality and eliminating the post drinking headache entirely. Overall these are an amazing product and I highly recommend them!

These actually work!! Menopausal woman here and if I drink any alcohol these days or especially wine, I pay a high price and usually always get a headache the next day. Not if I drink these before. I didn't believe they would actually work but they do. They have a very mild flavor and oddly I like the flavor of them which is probably weird. But no headache the next day and I don't feel as inflamed if that makes sense. Does this mean you should drink to excess and test the limits?? NO - haha but if you do want to enjoy a few glasses of wine or mixed drinks this majorly lessens the hangover effects. I will continue to keep these on hand for special occasions like holidays and planned gatherings. I would not use these all the time due to the cost.

12.25 I recommend this for light or not very often drinkers. Drastically reduces the effects of a hangover. Pricey but worth it for those that only drink on special occasions.
