I’ve gone through a lot of sports tape over the years, and this stuff is some of the best I’ve used, especially for the price. I use it mainly on my fingers and wrists, and occasionally to wrap bats.The grip is solid, and once it's on, it doesn’t slip or peel even when you get sweaty.Pros: it tears cleanly by hand, feels sturdy without being too stiff, and each roll lasts longer than I expected. Definitely strong and supportive enough for athletic use.A couple small cons: it can be a little tough to peel off after a long session, and once you stick it down, there’s not much room for adjustment, so get it right the first time. Also, it leaves a bit of sticky residue, but that’s expected with stronger tape. For some that may be a bad thing, but for me, I like it.Overall, very happy with the quality. I’ll be reordering when I run out.

Easy to use and works very well

I purchased this for a stroller that had a deteriorating handle bar and it worked so well. The stroller gets pretty beat up because it travels with us to alot of places but the tape has helped keep the handle bar grip comfortable and doesn’t peel easily which is what we needed.

I wrapped my legs before work today bc I truly cannot find good enough compression socks. My legs felt SO GOOD!!!! However!!! When I got home and started taking it off it felt like it was ripping my skin off!!! So, for my next shift I'm going to wrap around the outside of my compression socks and see how that goes. My legs really did love the stiffness. They still feel so much better than normal. Just the darn skin ripping sucked.Update: its the next morning and I have several blisters on my skin from where the tape ripped my skin as I removed it.

Good athletic tape. Not the easiest to tear by hand, but possible. Adhesive isn’t too gooey, removes easily enough. Will leave some on the skin, but not a lot, and even less than some of the KT type tapes leave. Use a cheap wrap underneath if you absolutely hate any residue. It’s better than a lot of other tapes. Great value for the price.
