I should've looked at the dimensions - my fault, so I'm not returning them. But these are huge. I thought they'd be smaller like other lip compacts. These are chunky and huge and I don't like using them or traveling with them. You'd have to dump your entire product into them just to partly fill the area inside.

This is a fantastic product to save a broken eyeshadow, or recoup the last of a broken lipstick. I love that it locks and even has its own applicator built into the housing. It feels very sturdy and I wouldn't worry about this opening in transit.It's a little larger than I thought it would be, making it too large for my preference to include in a travel makeup kit or in my purse, but if you did not intend to use this for a mobile makeup container, this is a really a fantastic product.
