I purchased this on the recommendation of a friend to help with night leg cramps. I really wanted to like this and hoped that it would work. By the time you get it mixed up with water, and the foam subsides, the cramps are gone....I would mix it up before bed so it would be ready when and if I needed it. I tried it a few times, hoping the taste would grow on me....It didn't. I don't care what flavor you order, it's going to taste bad. I couldn't get past that, and it really didn't help with my leg cramps, so I gave it to the friend who recommended it to me. Nothing really wrong with the product, it's just not my "cup of tea."

Love this stuff. I'm a full time drinker and just want to try something anything to help me at least cut back. And the first day, simply made 1 and only had beer. And been sipping on it for a few hrs. The mix actually gets me to just sit and relax. I'm usually a mile a minute never stop person. So it's amazing to just actually watch a show or movie without jumping up to do something I didn't need to. I will def be making more purchases. 😌 💯😊

Had tried the individual packets for my pmdd. I ordered the Cherry flavor but got lemon instead. It is still delicious and effective so not an issue for me.
