The acupressure mat and pillow really help ease muscle tension by targeting key pressure points. After just a few minutes, I feel more relaxed and less tight in my back and neck. It’s a bit intense at first, but definitely effective with regular use.

The mats had the appearance of quality from their materials and construction. The spiky flowers were of a sturdy plastic that appeared well attached. Ive seen other mats before that were thin and chintzy appearing, but not these. Loved the carrier too for easy and attractive storage and travel.Unfortunately this product just wasn’t for me. I bought it to help with lowering my stress levels and to reduce tension. I found that the brief, but sharp and nagging, pain from lying on the flowers was just too much for me and left me feeling more tense and annoyed with the process. I’ll stick with my other go-tos for stress relief and wellness such as warm baths with arnica and CBD, aromatherapy (lavender, clary sage, and lemongrass), infrared mats and saunas, negative ion generators, red light therapy, acupuncture, and massage.

Let me save you time. There are not any reliable comparisons out there on acupressure mats. It's a roll of the dice. They vary in materials, size, components and most importantly, the pressure provided by the "spikes."What I like about this mat:1) "Spikes" are sharp, meaning you are not likely to grow out of this mat any time soon.2) This mats is reportedly made of environmentally responsible materials and by fairly treated labor.3) It is an attractive mat.4) You get lots for your money, as compared to the other options. You get a large main mat, pillow, foot mat, lumbar support and carry bag.And finally, yes, these mats do work as promoted. I can feel the chemical changes inside, which melt away the stress and seem to be helping with sleep. Don't really have back problems, so not sure if mats help there.No, I am not a company rep and paid full price for my mat.Cheers.

Very happy with this beautiful set. Well made, just what I wanted

I've used it a few times and to actually get the impact of the acupressure, you have to go against it bare skin. I've teetered with that, but not fully. I feel it helps with my back, but doesn't take the discomfort away completely. But I'll keep using it.
