Good Fitness Value
High-quality material and stiching with rugged, adjustable straps. It's good to have the weight range for walking. Really feels like a more full-body workout when I take my seven mile walk each day. At three pounds now and moving up to four next week.

VERY SOFT AND COMFORTABLE!
I bought two sets. One for my home, and one for my gym bag! Doesn’t hurt my our arthritic hands, and are completely adjustable. You can even wear them on your ankles! Easy to hold, especially two or more, so you can have a Can you take a picture with this heavier weight.

Lacks diverse usage
These are great if you have issues gripping things. I had originally gotten these as a starter set for my mom. I figured she could start at the 1lb and I could use the 3lb. If you are doing simple work outs these might work but if you get more intense and doing different movements (I follow many HASfit videos on Youtube if you want to get an idea of what I mean) and some of those require you to hold the ends of the weights. The issue is the sand inside shifts to the middle and becomes a distraction and I am constantly shifting the sand around. The quality seems fine for the short time I've had them. I've checked the weights and they seem accurate. Great for very beginner, injury, elderly but otherwise I recommend traditional kind.

Great! Perfect for my bad grip issues.
I purchased these because I have a grip problem after crushed finger surgery. I needed a way to tighten the weights to my hand. This works great!!! My only wish is that the fabric was removable & washable.
