Bosch 5-Piece Cutting Disc Set with Depressed Centre for Metal D= 125 mm

These are Bosch products so you do get what you pay for. Well manufactured solid discs. Easy to git on my grinder . Only used 1 disc so far and it cut quickly and cleanly through some 3/4 inch steel bar with no problem , not excessively sparky and had minimal signs of wear after use. Worth spending a bit extra on discs like this I think as cheaper versions are usually poor quality, using more of them in the long run. I don't do a massive amount of metal cutting work now, so these should last a while.

I expected a good product from Bosch, the price was less than many other suppliers. This did put me off a bit, but the quality was excellent, I have only used so far to cut off high quality screws that penetrated too far. I have used other makes of disc which struggled on screws but these cut them off like b utter. Will buy more of these if I need them but the one I used shows no sign of wear cutting dozens of screws and some thick steel pipes.

I have to admit my favourite power tool is an angle grinder. I used to have a job where I used one all day long on a production line so am quite capable. Although I have used mine for a variety of applications I have used it most cutting, grinding and shaping metal on various projects. It’s always a quick job but fun for me. But discs wear down and need replacing. Bosch is my go to brand so I got these and already they are in action doing exactly what I want them to do.

Queste lame si adattano alla mia Bosch Professional GWS 1400 smerigliatrice angolare, che utilizza prodotti di diametro 125 mm. Sembrano essere prodotti Bosch originali. Ho comprato diverse confezioni da cinque. Finora ho controllato due dei pacchetti e le lame sono eccellenti. Sono tutti omogenei, adeguatamente etichettati, utilizzano un minimo di imballo, sono integri e solidi. Sono etichettati come "Made in China". Ho utilizzato le lame senza problemi per eseguire tagli lunghi e corti in vari metalli di spessore compreso tra 1 e 30 mm. Sono relativamente resistenti, non si sono incrinati o rotti e producono la minor quantità di scintille che abbia mai visto per una smerigliatrice angolare. I miei tagli sono uniformi e dritti. Uso una maschera di buona qualità per odori e polvere; ma posso vedere e annusare che la polvere e i gas sono minimi. Questo è importante per me per motivi di salute. Ho fatto cadere la smerigliatrice angolare piuttosto pesante da circa un metro e la lama non si è visibilmente incrinata o piegata. Non ho visto buchi o crepe in nessuna delle lame. Sono pensati, hanno un interno in rete metallica uniforme e possono essere contrassegnati con una penna per indicare la profondità di taglio. Non sono stati catturati nel ('kerf' in inglese). Voglio ricordare alle persone che queste lame sono progettate per tagliare rapidamente il metallo, quindi fate attenzione con loro! Non riesco a quantificare la velocità con cui tagliano poiché tutti i tagli sono unici. Tuttavia, trovo che tagliano esattamente per me. Non troppo veloce e non troppo lento. Excelente relación calidad precio. Aguantan bien el desgaste y parecen de fabricación sólida. Uso doméstico.

Meine alten Trennscheiben mussten ausgetauscht werden, bevor ein Unfall passiert. Die gelieferten Scheiben entsprechen der Beschreibung und ich hoffe, auf eine unfallfreie Anwendung.
