This is the recommended oil for those 2.0L Turbo VWs and Audis helps keep the piston rings clean of carbon buildup. Otherwise once those are clogged you'll have serious oil consumption issues that is very common when you don't have the right oil in the crankcase.

First off, this stuff is great. I ordered it because it has the vw spec rating my car requires. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think this product has dangerous packaging. After removing the cap on the bottle of oil, I noticed there was an additional foil seal. Remove that foil seal entirely and completely before pouring into engine. If you don't, then foil fragments can pour into the engine with the oil. (Yes it happened to me) There's a cap on the bottle, why bother with the foil seal?
