One of the key requirements is this patch needs to be placed on hairless skin. Since my body is very hairy this was easier said than done age I resorted to placing the patch close to my elbow on the inside of my arm. Each patch is roughly 1" in size so they're pretty big.I found the usage information slightly unclear and thus misleading. Each patch should only be used for 24 hours and you get 30 patches in a box so in theory you have enough for one whole month. However, the packaging also states these patches can be used for a total of 7 months and this left me discombobulated. The idea is you don't need to use these patches once a day but rather once a month of even less frequently and therefore the pack can last much longer. This needs to be more clear as you don't technically get 7 months worth of patches but rather the 30 day supply can be stretched to accommodate a 7 month period of use.Since I placed the patch in an awkward place it wasn't the most comfortable during the day and I may need to explore other hairless areas. The instructions need to be more clear and explicit so there's no room for confusion. I can't comment on efficacy of these patches because I haven't been able to have blood tests alongside these patches to monitor how much vitamin C is in my blood stream so I'm not sure if the energetic feeling I have is placebo or otherwise. I think it's a cool concept and it's much easier for me to use than remembering to take capsules because of my ADHD so I do prefer this method of taking supplements and I'd be keen to explore more in the range.

No matter what I’ve tried, this patch does not stay stuck to my skin. It’s incredibly frustrating and even with medical tape, it eventually comes off after an hour.Cannot believe I wasted my money on this, it’s clearly a novelty and not practical at all.

I struggle some with taking large pills so appreciate the fact that there are now so many alternative ways to get your vitamins on the market. This is the first time I have tried patches and I am quite impressed. Initially I thought this pack of 30 patches for £9.99 (at time of review) seemed a bit pricey for what I presumed was a month’s supply. But upon receiving them and reading the instructions I found that due to the high dosage of vitamin C (a big plus for me) and this method of taking the supplement, this supply of patches can actually last up to 7 months! Knowing that, I feel like this is a real bargain and a great option for receiving a really good strong dose of vitamin C. The patches are roughly 1in square and very easy to apply, you simply find a dry and hairless spot to stick it on and away you go. You can leave a patch on for 8-24 hours. I found they stayed on well aside from the couple of occasions where I forgot I was wearing them and wore them into the bath or shower and they fell off. But that speaks to the fact that I really wasn’t conscious of them when they were on which is a good thing. I really liked using these to get my vitamin C and would definitely look out for them in future.
