This is a zipper tent sauna, kinda seems cheap and like it will be disappointing but it’s been a few weeks and I’ve used it more or less daily and it’s great! I do have to stay in longer than in a normal sauna but it’s also very cold here and I have this in my unfinished basement. I will use it until it dies and then I may upgrade to a wooden one but this definitely serves its purpose well for now!!! I had the sauna like this but where your head sticks out and this one is 500x more comfortable… get this kind :)

Simple assembly and the product just works. Did a little research before deciding to purchase this unit over steam and I’m pleased with my decision.What was meant as a gift for the wife is now a family item

I was skeptical that a portable tent sauna would actually function and retain heat. It does! After allowing it to heat up for about 5 minutes this thing heats up to 125°+ and maintains the temp through my sessions. In a matter of minutes the sweating starts. It’s amazing and such a great option for those that would love the real deal but don’t want to cough up thousands of dollars. Haven’t seen it get above 135° but I’m okay with that.

No more crowded gym saunas that are always broken! This has changed my life. I can now use the sauna everyday from home and even better…all by myself. ♥️It’s been a few months now and it works like a charm. I put a small throw blanket on the top to help hold in more heat and cover the windows. Also, a little wooden shower bench. The foot pad gets crazy hot so I don’t put my feet on it but I still turn it on cause it helps keep the temp up.

First 3 uses were great. It never reached the 140 degrees as advertised and took 30 minutes to reach 125 degrees. But was still hot enough to work up a good sweat. I am used to using a sauna at 150 degrees. Used sauna 5 times total. On 4th and 5th use, it shut down after 20 minutes, like a breaker was flipped off. 5th time noticed an electrical burning smell from electrical box. Obviously, the safety mechanism tripped the switch, as it is supposed to.Contacted the Smartmak company directly to troubleshoot and they returned my message quickly over the holiday weekend but referred me back to Amazon. SmartMak did not offer any kind of support what so ever. Not a fan of SmartMak's customer service.However, the Amazon Customer Service was awesome. Took a 10 minute chat with Amazon and they are sending a replacement in 2-3 days. Hopefully, the first one was just a glitch. I am looking forward to trying this one more time. Stay tuned.It was super simple to assemble in 20 minutes tops. The chairs are not very comfy but neither are the wooden benches in the wooden saunas. I an researching a more comfy chair. It is large enough for two medium sized people, not much leg room. I am happy to have purchased the 2 person size. Gives one person a comfy amount of space. I am not very tall 5'2".Update: received replacement Sauna within a week or two. Very timely. So far have used a dozen or more times with no problems. Heats up to 120 over 10 min window. Max temp reached is 129 with 30 minutes. Never higher than 129F. Hot enough for a good sweat. Overhead light is red not a reading lamp as advertised. But not a deal breaker. I love it and use it four times a week.

I love this sauna. I really wanted the wooded, more permanent sauna, but since I will probably sell this house in a couple years, I didn’t want the hassle of removing it or losing out on the purchase.This beats up in about 20 minutes, maybe less, I haven’t really sat and watched it.The hottest it’s gotten is 134 degrees, and that works fine for me. I’ve used it about 10 times over the course of a 2 months.Definitely get the 2 person If you want room to stretch out a bit. I’m 5’6, and i can it stand up, but sometimes I remove the chair and sit on the floor to do some floor stretches.Super easy to assemble and very lightweight to move around once assembled.But this if you aren’t ready to commit to a permanent; it does the trick.

I like it. Works well. But it's gotten up to 104. Far from what is noted.

This item says it will reach 140°. It only goes to about 120°-122°. It heats up quickly and 120° is hot enough to break a sweat within 10 minutes. Set up takes practice. Recommend to number poles and connectors to make the setup process easier and a bit faster. Takes about 10 minutes to set up, then another 10 minutes to warm up. I am over 6 ft and it is a bit cramped inside.

Seems to be great quality for the price bought it as a starter but may just keep this style easy set up, only complaint is chair I’m 200 pounds and chair only last a few sits and had to replace would be 5 start if chais wasn’t garbage

I’ve had this since November. It had a hard time getting really hot when it was below zero degrees outside(I have it on my covered deck). I ended up just putting a blanket on top and it has no problem getting up to 120 degrees when it’s cold out.Currently at 138 degrees when it’s about 10 degrees celsius outside.Easy to set up and still seems to be going strong after 5 months of steady use.

So far so good :) after being in the sauna for 30 min it gives you a good sweat. I can also do stretches in the sauna I love it :)
