Excellent massager
This is perfect for working out knots in my jaw and neck from TMJ. It’s small enough to fit in the palm of my hand, so it’s definitely for smaller trigger points, but exactly what I needed. It’s portable enough that I carry it with me almost all the time now, and despite being solid and firm, it’s not heavy. It’s a perfect design and has been a huge help for my pain levels. I am so glad I bought this.

Does the job
This dies the job but it is small. If it was about twice the size ot would be perfect

Does the job really well
If you have sore spots on your muscles this is invaluable, you can get really deep into the muscle with it. I use mine everyday and it's surprising the difference it makes. I coat it in oil so it glides over the skin easily

Too small
Wanted to use for my hamstrings but it's too small I would say it's smaller than a tennis ball

Finally one that works!!
Bought this out of curiosity as have a cupboard full of similar tools that never really hit the spot and am extremely impressed. Fits well in hand (could maybe be a bit bigger) and the points are perfect size and just enough flexibility to really get into trigger points. I’ve made a hinged board that I can attach it to that fits over my sofa cushions so I can target back whilst watching TV. Highly recommend

Good buy for anyone with Myofascial problems
Bit slow using it but once I got the hang of it I now use it morning and night in bed, using the edges to stretch the muscles and then I find the knots which need to be released, will be buying another to keep in my bag just in case I get caught out with another painful knot. Great for anyone who suffers with Myofascial problems.

I got 3 of these In hard Blue and Medium Orange and Green firmness. They are different and beneficial in the right circumstances. I can now say the harder one has been usefull at the tip to get pressure points in the rib cage. The orange has pressure like a blunt finger tip while the blue can be a more pointed feeling. I revised this review to highlight these facts after using them actively. I got the Green one several months later. I tend to over use the harder orange one and decided to try the green which has more "give" it doesnt poke you as much as squish into the proper spot making it less agressive. Helps me not agravate the spots that I might have over massaged and bruised. Green is great on massaging hand tendons between bones. The blue is nicely hard and pointed for sports in my rib cage. The orange is the most all around choice. First up this seemed interesting for some hip issues I have in the tensor fasciae latae. This tool gets in there properly against a wall or counter. I also use it on the side of my hip. I freed a point in my soulder while watching TV. I used to use thumb pressure but that resulted in other issues. I was also putting a lot of strain on my fingers by trying to work some trigger points . This has helped as I can grab it in ways that my hand and arm are better positioned to apply pressure. All angles are useable. I was thinking of using it with oil to massage my wife and put less thumb pressure to get in deep tissue. I have 4 littlemum care tools that help alot for piriformis and shoulders and abdominal issues . These do things that those bigger ones can't and my lacrosse balls can't get precise on. The trigger point manual by Clair and Amber Davies and these tools have helped me figure out back aches, digestive issues and many assorted issues I figured were all a part of growing old. I can maintain myself and get a massage when I want to relax not because Im in pain. I have become responsible for my own healing. Many people here have as well. Add this versatile tool to your collection and work on more precise points. It's a truly inexpensive extra and must.

Me encanta, justo lo que buscaba para puntos gatillo de la espalda (o de cualquier zona) difíciles de alcanzar, buen material, aunque es de goma es bastante firme, el tamaño es perfecto, lo volvería a comprar sin pensarlo

This little pyramid is the single best trigger point massage product I've ever used...and I've literally used every shape and size massage product that exists. I am shocked at how effective this is, especially for neck, upper back, shoulder, and arm massage. It's more dense and delivers more pressure than moulded plastic massage tools and it's perfectly sized to fit in your palm no matter which point you use. I haven't written a review of any product for a LONG time, but I feel like I need to shout about this little guy from the rooftops. Speaking of, each point on the pyramid is a slightly different angle, offering a variety of pressure point options. The top of the pyramid is a single, somewhat blunt point that is great for superficial spots, like over the collar bone or pectoralis origin on the sternum. One of the points on the base is a sharper angle single point and is perfect for deeper spots, like shoulder tendons or deep pressure into the trapezius. The remaining side has a weird little V cut out of it, forming a two-point side that offers distributed pressure between two sharper angled points. This side is amazing for the jaw, temple, scalp, or the small muscles on both sides of the spine. I've used the straight edge on the base to roll horizontally across my forearm muscles, which offer just the right amount of contact with my arm to get the crunchy bits. The bottom of the tool is ever so slightly indented, making it really easy to grip, and it has a pebbled texture and grippy feeling across the whole surface. It's easy to hold, easy to get stable, deep pressure. If you use massage oil or tiger balm, it's a smooth enough surface that you can slide it across muscle groups without too much friction, but also without losing your grip. I own five or six sizes and textures of lacrosse balls marketed specificity for massage, big and small versions of the Back Buddy, metal and stone gua sha tools of varying sizes, moulded plastic massage tools, and two massage guns...and this little guy is by far my favorite. I'm mad at myself for not realizing it existed sooner, but now I'll never be without it. After using it for about a week, I misplaced it and absolutely panicked. I tore up my bedroom looking for it and right then decided I needed to order a couple more to have on hand just in case. If you use lacrosse balls or are looking for better options to get to really tight spots that fatigue your hands to massage directly, give this guy a try. It's unlike any other tool on the market and outperforms much more expensive options. Even if it doesn't immediately become your favorite, it's a unique expansion to your self-massage tool kit.

I have really tight muscles in my hips, lower back and gluteus. As I've gotten older, its just gotten more uncomfortable to the point where its causing pinched nurves and sciatica. Sitting down even with good posture can become extremely uncomfortable with deep aches. I have tried probably 10+ massagers, rollers, topical medicine etc.. I cannot afford a massage therapist 2-3 day per week just like 99% of you. So when I came across this tiny little hunk of rubber, I figured why not give it a try. The reviews were good and its very affordable. So here is the skinny.. You just find the tightest spot in your glute or hip and sit on it. Quite literally, thats all you have to do. Its firm enough to hold its shape and handle me at nearly 200 lbs. I will just target those high tension areas and stay still on it for about 60 seconds and take a quick break or move it a little so as not to bruise my muscles. Within the very first 10 minutes on my first session, I was triggered muscles release and the good kind of spasms. After only about 10 minutes that very first time, I was able to sit in my office chair for nearly two straight hour darn near pain free. THIS THING WORKS! Any time if feel the tightness creeping back in, I do a quick 5-10 minutes and back to my day. Aside from the much needed relief, the best thing about this is how stupidly simple it is and it couldn't be more portable. I take it with me everyday. I will probably buy a couple more just for added convenience. Absolutely A+ product!
