My lumbar spine is flaring up, so I bought this chair for my home office because I needed the ergonomical effect in multiple places. IT WORKS! I did not even apply the headrest since I am not quite tall enough for it to do me any good. I'm 5'8" by the way. It is sturdy and spacious for my backside unlike my chair at work. The height is excellent for my size and the mesh seat is VERY nice. I have mesh seat at work, so I never thought I could afford it for my home office. This chair was affordable and well worth the money. I'll check back in after I have had it a while. Thank you for rescuing me. I sit A LOT at my desk at home, and I needed this chair.

I bought two of these chairs and they are amazing. Not only are the very comfortable to sit in but the way the headrest is designed it only increase my comfort. Another added feature is the adjustable lumbar support which I need because of my back problems.There was one glitch as one of the chairs was defective. I received a preplacement and disassembled the defective chair. I had a showstopper in the disassembly process and the wheeled base, the plate the attaches to the bottom the seat, and the post that hold those two parts together. I could not disassemble them.I called OUTFINE customer support and left a voicemail. They called me back within less than an hour. They also set me a link for a Yahoo showing me how to disassemble the base. This did the trick now everything is disassembled and put in the shipping ready to be returned.I give OUTFINE support team five stars not only for their top-notch customer service and also because this executive high back office chair is very well designed and very comfortable. Should you need a office chair I strongly suggest you buy it from OUTFINE. You lose if do not buy it from them.

Easy to build, feels super high quality, and is extremely comfortable! Also love that is has several points of adjustment! Definitely recommend!!

This chair is better than the last one I bought. I am spoiled since I have a herman miller at work that is about 15 years old and extremely comfortable and durable. This chair is comfortable and has a larger seat area. The headrest is a nice feature, well new to me. It still feels like the back is reclined a bit too much for getting into your work but additional lower back support is above average.

This chair is very comfortable with good lumbar and head support, and smooth height adjustment. A nice chair for the price.

The previous chair was very uncomfortable to sit in, and when I received this chair, his packaging was excellent, nothing was broken, and the anti-shock effect was very well done. When I opened it, assembly of this product instructions written in great detail, I quickly assembled, he has adjustable features, including the rise of the cushion, back against the amplitude and armrests, etc., very convenient, and is a mesh surface very breathable and lightweight, worth buying.

This chair is solid, comfortable, but big. Larger than most office/desk chairs. The armrests are wide set, and the chair itself is wider than most.
