Rainbow Fish Finger Puppet

Bought this for nursery and was very disappointed. The shiny scales are pretty dull. Bought it because I thought it would be similar to a product I had had in a previous school. That one was a good size but this is definitely a FINGER puppet. Don't believe the dimensions. Nowhere near the 19cm claimed, more like 13cm. Won't send it back though as I cannot find the larger version anywhere, however you can get this version cheaper through other internet outlets-around the £4.50 mark. Happy hunting.

Puppet for retelling the Rainbow Fish story - what a shame the sparkly scales don't sparkle! The rainbow scales are just a dull grey, instead of vibrant and shimmering. I compared it to another Rainbow Fish puppet, which has used holographic fabric for the rainbow scales, and it was much nicer. Bit expensive for what you get, and if I'd have had more time I would have shopped around.

This was a well presented item, which arrived quickly. It would have been really good if some of the scales had been removeable to bring it in line with the Rainbow Fish story. It is also quite large for pre-school hands to manage, which was my original intention but will do the job as part of a story sack I am putting together.

Bought this for my rainbow fish story sack I’ve made for work. Great size and detail and the children love it.

Nice material but wish it was a little bigger and more sparkly.But very happy with the product and can't wait to introduce to the children! They are going to love it

Having bought a Rainbow Fish puppet years ago I bought this for my granddaughter.I was very disappointed with this one as both sides of the fish are the same unlike the one I bought years ago which has one side with one scale , to link with the story

I often do children's readings with my writers' group and this beautiful little finger puppet brings the story to life and triggers off many youngsters own writing ideas! Delightful.

Arrived on time. I work in a Spanish International nursery and the children loved the puppet it went with the book beautifully.
