Do they scare birds ie pigeons

Might do as the house behind us feed the pidgeons, but they don't appear to land in the garden. Just sown a new lawn with grass seed and never seen any birds land and help them selves.

we bought these as we were fed up with cats coming into the garden and leaving little "parcels". Since we put them up - have to say not one cat has left anything. Very impressed.

will this work against Badgers ???

Not sure about badgers but my metal cats are on fence and felt cats deterred for a while but think they got used to them and now ignore. Perhaps if they are put on pole or something so they move a bit in a breeze they might deter any animal.
