Product content is good. I just take capsule, open it and pour the content to the spoon. And then consume this powder followed with some water. So product content is good and but bottle made from plastic which is bad. Product improvement I am hoping for: 1). Change bottle from plastic to glass and metal lid. 2). Use certified organic ingredients, which contained in the capsule in addition to magnesium.

Natural forms of magnesium has to better for the body. I found these easy to swallow and magnesium is known for all benefits to the body especially the heart. Has been known to reduce palpatations which I suffered from in the past not do much now. Will continue to use this natural form unlike the other chemical based ones.
