Very effective
I suppose I had been feeling a bit down and stressed and after taking these felt a real improvement to my self which I can only put down to these little guys. The tablets are very small. no more than about 4 or 5 mm diameter so very easy to swallow. So very happy and would recommend to anyone else out there. Good value for money too given you get something like 500 for a few quid.

Value for Money
At the age of 77 I don't have a memory problem at the moment and I don't want to develop one so I bought these vitamins in the hope that they would prevent memory deterioration. At the moment it is too soon to say whether they work or not but they are a convenient size and seem excellent value for money.

Good results and improvement.
Very happy. I bought these pills for my mom, she is 54 and feels a lot of pain on her joints also hands. Someone recommended her to have these vitamins, and it is actually helping her a lot. She said her pains are decreasing significantly.

Don’t over order
I ordered 500 as I thought it made sense to have at least a years worth to match other supplements I have. Unfortunately when it arrived I noticed that the product has a best before day of sept 24 which means I’ll be taking them for a few months after that date.

Fantastic product, pure packaging.
It’s a fantastic product, unfotunaty packaged in a way that must be changed to some other container to last the 120 days. Also the packaging although it looks modern and nice, it’s not suitable for every day use.

About as much use as a chocolate fire guard.
These came instead of B2 owing to Amazon's incompetence. They won't let me have a refund, despite this not being made clear. I do have neurological issues. I have done a great deal of research on my way to recovery. Let me tell you that these vitamins marked as "neuro" are useless. *The doses are too small for starters for any one with neurological problems. *Folic acid unmethylated will wipe out far more valuable vitamin B1 and actually cause neuro problems. *B12 needs to be in much higher doses. Even the NICE guidelines say that you need injections every other day if you have neurological symptoms and B12 deficiency. *Vitamin B6 as pyridoxine is the wrong form for your brain, you need P5P the bioactive form. It acts as a vital coenzyme. *They don't contain any form of B1. The most important neuro vitamins. * They don't contain any vitamin B2 scientifically proven to prevent migraines in the 50% of people it works for. So enjoy your placebo folks and your very expensive pee because you can't get your money back. There may be Oxford in the name, but I don't think anyone who formulated these has been anywhere near a university of any description.
