I’m buy this product on november 28, 2025. They delivered the product too fast. After 2 weeks the machine was not working suddenly. After that i’m book a complaint in customer care and the one of customer care team member is suggest us to send some video clips of machine and blade working. We sent it. And they offer us to exchange the machine. Within one week they delivered new product and it’s working properly. Also it was easy to use. Also portable and less space consumer. I’m recommend this product to my neighbour also.

Since then, I’ve been using the replacement for a few months and it’s been reliable and efficient, though the noise level is quite high and can be irritating at times. Overall, it’s a powerful, non-leakage and dependable appliance with excellent customer service, but I wish it offered two speed levels for low and high mixing to make it even better.
