Is very effective
Great value for value and works very well. I bought this for my back as I can't reach myself and the spray makes it very easy to use and hit the target area. Has a good cooling amount without using a lot of it.

Cools the area and provides instant relief. I've not tried any others to compare but seems to do the job at a reasonable price

no freeze
Had to give it 1 star as there's no "minus" stars. This product is a waste of money- there's no "freeze" effect at all with the spray & there's certainly no "soothingeffect". Do not buy.

Not cold enough.
I use a well known brand of freeze spray but tried this cheaper version. Unfortunately it's not very good or very cold. I'll go back to the more expensive version.
