Great tool
This tool was invaluable help for removing deck boards. It is solid and well made and very affordable. At first I was not sure if I purchased a too-short pry bar for this job but it was perfect. It provided enough leverage to pry out stubborn boards and helped with removing some nails. It never bent no matter how much pressure was placed on it. It was a big help in a compact package. A plus is that it's orange and easy to spot on my work site. Another plus is that it fits in a small toolbox. I do wish it was made in the USA but it is not.

A Surprisingly Strong and Useful Little Tool
I bought this pry bar for a simple reason: I collect free pallets from nearby construction sites, break them down, and use the wood to build a raised bed for the summer. I wasn’t expecting anything special at this price, but this tool turned out to be way better than I imagined. One thing that immediately stood out is the thickness of the steel. It’s a solid, heat-treated forged steel bar, and you can feel that density the moment you hold it. There’s no flex, no wobble, no “is this going to bend?” moment — even when you really lean into stubborn nails or tightly wedged boards. For pallet breakdown, that thickness translates directly into confidence and durability. The versatility surprised me even more. The precision-ground tip slips into tight gaps without shredding the wood, and the three beveled nail slots give you multiple angles to attack nails depending on how they’re embedded. I used it for prying boards apart, pulling twisted nails, lifting edges, popping staples, and even gently tapping pieces loose. It handled every one of those tasks without a complaint, making it a great all-around demolition/renovation helper. The over-molded, non-slip grip is genuinely comfortable during longer use, and the high-visibility anti-corrosion coating makes it easy to spot in a messy tool bag. At 13 inches, it hits the sweet spot — small enough to carry everywhere, long enough to give real leverage. In short: the combination of thick, strong steel and true multi-purpose versatility makes this an outstanding little tool for the price. For pallets, nails, trim, and general small-to-medium demo work, it’s been a total win.

Prying Bar
The Crescent 13" Flat Pry Bar with Grip is an excellent tool for small to medium jobs. It’s solidly built and feels very durable, with just the right amount of leverage for prying, pulling nails, or lifting trim. The grip handle makes it comfortable to use and gives great control, even when working in tight spaces. I like the compact size — it’s easy to carry in a tool bag but still strong enough to handle tough tasks. Another quality tool from Crescent that doesn’t disappoint!

High value.
Worked pretty well for replacing concrete S tiles on a roof. No need to pay for the pricier and fancier looking ones. Quite durable short bar with a good grip.
