Good replacement for Epson
Bulb is a direct fit replacement for my Epson 2150. Like any new bulb there will likely be a smell while it breaks in for the first couple hours. This is not a defect in the product.Installation is easy enough once you know how to do it. Light is plenty bright and works well. Total number of hours run remains to be seen. My current bulb has lasted years so hard to determine overall durability.

Works for a Epson Cinema 2150
I have a refurbished Epson Home Cinema 2150 projector with no idea how many hours were on the original lamp. I noticed it got dimmer and recently it started flickering so I knew it was time to replace the lamp.First, unplug and make sure you didn't recently used the projector (you don't want to handle a hot bulb).Unscrew the cover over the lamp. Then unscrew the lamp that is held on by a couple of screws.Pull out the old lamp. Remember what direction the assembly was for when putting in the new one.Unwrap the new one, and take off any packing. It comes with a glove (so not to get bodily oils on the lamp when handling it, which will lessen the life expectancy), and a screwdriver, but you most likely have a better one at home. Now do all the steps in reverse to finish installation.Don't forget to reset the lamp hours if your projector doesn't do it automatically. After installation, the image is bright and looks sharp. If I get as many hours out of this lamp as advertised, I don't have to worry about this for many years to come.Thank you for reading.

Projector Light Bulb
COOBAN ELPLP96 /V13H010L96 Replacement Projector Lamp BulbMy projector had about 2,900 hours on the bulb that came with it. I was starting to see indications that the bulb may go out. This bulb was a perfect drop-in replacement for the bulb in my projector. It fit without issue. I had to search for instructions on bulb replacement on-line (and they were wrong), so it took a few minutes to figure out the right screws to use. This isn't really a fault of this bulb other than that custom instructions to match the projector model weren't included. The biggest issue with this bulb is that it put out quite a smell (like a plastic burning smell) for the first couple of hours of operation. After a couple of hours, the issue passed. The bulb seems to be about the same brightness as the old bulb we pulled out that 2,900 hours on it. We have put about 100 hours on this bulb so far without any further issues. It include small size gloves for manipulating the bulb, I wore them but didn't actually need them for installing it because I just held the plastic part.
