Great controller from an unexpected brand.
The BigBig Won Rainbow S is an excellent controller for PC gamers and the turbo function has been incredibly useful for semi automatic and burst fire weapons in my FPS games. My only complaint is that it isn't terribly drop resistant and the gyro function kind of broke. Not sure why this is being distributed by Blackshark gaming instead of BigBig Won themselves, but worth a buy nonetheless.

One of my favorite brands. Thin cord and outstanding question about warranty. 4.5 stars
This is one of my favorite controllers. I burn through controllers pretty fast, but this brand always lasts longer. My previous Big Big came with a 2 year warranty, but this one doesn't mention a warranty. The large labels on the XYBA buttons are labeled for XBox/PC, but you have to look closely to see the Switch configuration (the writing is very small). This has so many features. First you can set the colors (epilepsy warning, though), that react to the buttons. The clear design is terrific, complements the lights. The handles have a slight ergonomic grip to them. Hair triggers. And it has an audio jack. But my favorite feature is the macro recording. It has two macro buttons, so it can remember two different macros, which you can update at any time. So if you have grinding for Minecraft, a special punch combination, or anything like that, the macros can easily be set up.For the record I prefer wired controllers. Cheaper, no lag, no batteries to keep track of, no dongles, and in my experience they last longer. One complaint: This doesn't seem as solidly built as my previous BigBig controller. The cord is thinner, and overall the plastic seems a bit flimsier. This is probably best for adult (or older child) gamers, people who aren't going to be too rowdy. So overall I'm very impressed with what you get, I've paid more for less. The thinner cord plus unclear warranty are my only concerns, knocking it down to 4.5 stars.

My Nephew Loves This Controller!
My teenage nephew loved receiving this as a birthday present. Everyone in his family knows that his controller is the cool one that lights up and vibrates. He does share it with his siblings sometimes, but I have requests from them to get a controller like this one for their birthdays, too! The controller arrived well packaged and in great condition. There is a USB-C cable included and it works fine if you are using this controller on your laptop or PC, but isn't quite long enough to play on the Switch while sitting on the couch. I would recommend buying a 10 foot cord to give you more options about where you can sit and play in comfort. The controller is comfortable to hold and use. All of the kids and teenagers love the bells and whistles. My nephew has it set up with some personal macros that he is convinced helps him win all the games. It seems responsive and works well. I was impressed with all of the different options and love that we don't have to worry about charging it or replacing batteries. The controller works with Nintendo Switch, a computer or laptop and some cell phone games. The controller feels comfortable to hold and is a lot of fun to play with. This makes a great gift for someone who enjoys playing games.

Worked just fin until 6 months after purchase
I loved my controller, it worked amazingly but after 6 months of casual use ( I play like 2-to 3 hours weekly) RT trigger stopped working properly, it had a drift. I could change the RT trigger function to a function button but it is uncomfortable to use continuously. I contacted the manufacturer for warranty and they never replied to me, I had to contact Amazon to get a return and I could get it but obviously at a reduced refund.Overall good control without manufacturer support :(

Good controller. You're paying for the cool factor.
There's a lot to like about this controller. The fact that it's see through and it lights up makes it absolutely perfect for a kid or as a spare controller to have kicking around for when guests are over. It lights up and all that but what I didn't take into consideration is how cool it is to see the inner workings of the controller while you're using it - particularly the rumble pads. Pretty cool and kids will love it.It got detected on a switch almost instantly - I just had to add the controller. It was detected and installed with zero issues on both windows 7 and windows 10 which was awesome and makes it great for PC gaming. The included cable is USB to USB-C and it's the fabric type of cable which is great cause it's not going to keep the kinks in it like a harder plastic cable would, but it's short for most switch/xbox setups. I'd recommend getting a longer cable when you buy this if you plan on using it for anything other than a pc that you're going to be sitting right next to.It's definitely expensive for a wired controller but you're paying for the coolness factor, and maybe putting smiles on a kid's face so as long as you look at the price and you're ok with it going into it, then I'd say grab one.

Great Pad, wish it was wireless.
Title says it all. I love the pad, but if you are going to make a pad that uses a removeable usb-c cord to hook up, why not go ahead and make it wireless. I feel this was a great big miss by the manufacturer. Otherwise it is a solid wired game pad.
